My Legal Horse fills gaps that no other program has addressed.
Horses Help serves the special needs and at risk community by using horses and people to improve quality of life. We provide therapeutic and recreational horsemanship opportunities to children and adults with physical, cognitive, and behavioral challenges, including the at-risk and military populations. Our programs and services are enhanced and supported by 200 weekly volunteers and 18 uniquely qualified therapy horses. Horses Help has been improving the quality of life for our participants for 34 years.
Vicki Carpel Miller brings a unique perspective based on her extensive academic and professional history. Vicki started her career in nursing, and eventually shifted into marriage and family counseling with a focus on divorce and mediation. Vicki is a private practitioner as well as a Principle in the Collaborative Divorce Institute and the Vicarious Trauma Institute. Vicki is also co-founder and past President of the Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Arizona and a trainer for all helping professionals and lay people in Vicarious Trauma. With a BSN in Nursing, an MS in Counseling Psychology and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to practice in Arizona, Vicki is a renowned leader in the larger collaborative divorce, marriage, and family therapy arena.

Through her events and programs, including the popular networking/connection experiences, Women & Whinnies, and Unbridled Connections, Leeanne has helped people understand the impact of their energy. Participants learn how their energy affects their personal and professional relationships, the world around them, and the power of genuine connection.
With over 45-years in the equine industry, Bill Rodgers is currently the Head Instructor and General Manager of HoofbeatZ USA. With over 26 U.S. National, Canadian National and World Championship titles to his name, Bill was inducted into the Horse Stars Hall of Fame in 2007. In addition to his success in the show ring, Bill has developed several equine related products; such as the FREEDOM Holistic Saddles, Succeed DCP, and holds patents on multiple other products. Over the course of his career, Bill has worked with numerous university equestrian programs, has lectured to various equine organizations, and has mentored several of the top equine professionals. A few highlights of his career include opening the U.S. Equestrian Games in Lexington, Kentucky and carrying the American flag at the Arabian U.S. National Horse Show. In addition to his professional equine career, Bill was a Behavior Modification educator for 5-years, as well as being a proud foster parent and 4H leader.
